(68.250.101.12) on 07/07/07 I have recently be given a Silver Vase with the following stamped on the bottom: EPNS above a Windmill with 16 on one side of the windmill and 65 on the other. The letter M is under the windmill with the number 6 below that. I am very unfamiliar with Antiques and could really use some help determining when this vase was made and who made it. Might you be able to help?
