Greetings, Fran. Your pattern is called The Lucerne. While I don't know the exact dates of production, the backstamp you describe came into use in the mid 1930s. This pattern certainly dates to that period, and perhaps a little before: Examples of The Lucerne exist which have the older, Ivory backstamp. It's a charming pattern but rather hard to find today.
