carlton china trinket boxes

I have just recently purchased a carlton china trinket
box, it looks like a tourist trinket (Ayr stamp) with
a stamp on the back saying stoke-on-trent. Is there
anybody out there who could help me find our more
about this item or point me in the right direction?
