Mirrored Teapot

I purchased a teapot at a flea market and have looked on the internet to find anything similar, with no results. The finish is what attracted me to it. It looks like some type of mirrored glaze, resembling copper. The inside is a dark caramel colored and I guess it to actually be some type of ceramic or stoneware. The best shape I can can get close to would be a Hall Philadelphia teapot. There are no lines, as the base is curved in nature, reminding me of the Koolaid pitcher in commercials. On the bottom at the top of the mark is some type of banner design which has the letters "G & S" followed by a couple more letters that I can't identify (maybe three characters). The next line which is under the banner reads a word that looks like "BORSIAN". The next line has small letters that reads "Made in England". Below all of that is a line that curves upward (semi-circle) and reads "Made in England" again. I have found a company that is Gray & Seddon; however, it only shows that they make tea, along with the description of Japanese teapots for sale. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
