My grandfather passed away a few years ago at 103 yrs. He didn't have much...but we did recieve a hoosier style cabinet from him. We are not interested in selling this item...we would instead like to pass it on to one of our children. As a family project we decided to try to find out about the company that manufactured it and about when it would have been made, maybe how much it cost new. We homeschool so we do alot of this type of thing. The problem is we have no idea where to look. We found a tag that says Seattle Standard Furniture Company on the front. The only Standard Furn Co we could find online was one in New York I think it was. Does anyone have an idea how we can get some info on the Seattle SFCo. Thank you for your help.
