hi, I have this Ancre ligne Droite spiral breguet chaton, i belonged to my great grandfather, it has 16 rubies and it has some words on it that i don't understand. it says geneve so, its serial number is 209903 and its 18k of gold, and i'd like to know its history or something, and of course its value. thanx
