Hello, I wonder if anyone can tell me about this little teapot. On the base it has Gibson and Sons late Sevres, Davenport. The Word Sevres has a rope like circle around it. The teapot is a one cup, and the colour is either a very dark blue or black, it has a wide gold band around the centre, this band has a spiral type design with an almost star shape in the centre. the spout, handle and knop are gold. I cannot find any info about this teapot either on the net or in my books. I feel it may be quite old.
