Flowered Plate

I have a mostly-square, scalloped edged plate completely covered in a rose/blue/yellow flowered pattern. On the back is written "Summertime" - copyright Wright Tyndale & van Roden Inc. - England.
The plate has what I can only describe as handles on each side. It measures approximately 10 inches square. Can you tell me how old this plate might be? Was it part of a set?
