need information on a czechoslovakia vase

i have a flower vase 12" high with a swan firure molded on the front, the vase section is irises of light pink and light yellow with green leaves and stems comming up behind the swan. the base is oval made to look like water the swan is swimming in,its light blue on top dark blue on bottom. underneith
is a blue seal with" made in czechoslovakia" printed and an inner circle with a triangle with an upside down acorn in the middle of it. there is also the number 30 hond written in black. i bought it at a second hand store and have had it for years. it is one of the most beautiful vases i have seen. i would like to know how old is is and what its vaule might be, and who made it any and all information would be wounderful.thank you debbie
