Shelley China

My 90 year old mother has a collection of Shelley china which was given to her in the 1940's by my father's mother. It consists of 12 cup/saucer/side plates, 2 bread/cake plates, milk jug and sugar bowl. All pieces have a number 11614 on the base, which is either a serial number or a pattern number. Can anyone identify the pattern name from this number, please? or do you know any other means of identification? If you need it I will e-mail a photo of one of the items.
