Meat Platter

I have a pink and white meat platter. Stamped on the back in the centre of the platter is Watford 1790
K & Co - Late Mayers. Further down on the plate is the number 15. Is it possible to identify and authenticate from the information given. I am really interested to know if it is genuine.
