Tea Set

[ Follow Ups ] [ Emporium Antiques Forum ] [ FAQ ]

Posted by April on July 17, 2000 at 05:05:16:

I recently purchased a 5 pc. tea set at a swap meet. It consists of a tea pot, creamer, sugar bowl with lid, and a 16" tray. The stamp on the bottom of all pieces reads "F. B. Rogers Silver Co". along with the date 1883. On the bottom of the tray, there is a serial number - 2361. I believe that the date is trade mark related, but I know little more than the info I have provided. Any other information that anyone could provide me with would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
