F.B. Rogers Silver Co. Tea Pot Set

Hello! I have an F.B. Rogers Tea Pot Set that is dated 1883 number 2391. It tarnishes alot and i know that it is real silver. I was wondering if the date on the bottom was when it was made and about how much it is worth? If anyone has any information please contact me!
