rogers & bro silverware w/ flower pattern

Would like to know estimated date and origin of silverware:
* Rogers & Bro Reinforced Plate IS inscribed on back of forks and spoons. Has flower pattern and curves on the lower sides and a rounded bellowing bottom with a flower in the center. This was originally given as a gift in France in the 1930's and could be much older.
