I have an oil painting by an artist W Webb, the painting signed in red oil on the bottom right corner. It has no date and has a heavy gilded frame. The painting is approx 10" by 5" and is a tall ship in a rough sea with another smaller sail boat at the front of it. On the back the lable has gone brown with age and is from Carvers & Gilders picture makers & restorers England. That is the only information I have about this painting. Any help would be appreciated.
