At the time this photograph was taken there were 1000s of small independent photographers operating in the UK. This was the time before the wide availability of equipment to the general public, when going to the Photographers was a real event. I can find no trace of this particular company, and a quick search of the London address you gave shows they are certainly not in the same premises. It is almost certain they were victims of the photographic revolution, companies like Kodak with its 'Box Brownie' made equipment available to the masses at a very reasonable prices, an so the lone photographer became redundant.
