I have searched my reference books for this lady without success. The Dictionary of British Artists lists all painters who exhibited up to 1940 and the Dictionary of British Watercolour Artists only to 1920. Neither of these heavy volumes mentions a single Trump. Is it possible the picture you have was painted after this time? Most regions have their own societies and I would imagine that Devon is no exception. A little investigation should reveal their location and I am sure they would be more than helpful in trying to identifying your mystery painter.
