As with any china or porcelain item condition is everything. What you have is part of our heritage, not necesarily an antique at this point (although some do date to Victorian times) but an important part of our history. Such finds are becoming rarer and rarer. This would appeal to many collectors, those interested in cattle, those interested in advertising material, there are even collectors specialising in shop fittings.I'm sorry but I don't like putting values on items I haven't seen. It's easy with catalogue items like the Beswick cattle because you know that 5,10,20 thousand that were produced are all identical. I would hold on to it myself, but if you are set on selling the item consult somebody at your local saleroom/auctioneers. If they hold regular sales of antique and collectable items they should be able to give you a good estimate of market value. Hope this helps.
