Hi all I have a 40 peice china tea set which has a hallmark which has a crown at the top and a circle below it which has a capital "R" in the middle and a faint capital "S" woven through the "R",the word "ENGLAND" is writen underneath the circle and has a gold arrow pointing down through the word "ENGLAND". I would be grateful if anyone could advise me as to manufacturers name. Regards Paul.
