"Reggie Rabbit" by H & K Tunstall

Hi!
I am trying to date/find information on an H & K's child's dish that I recently bought. The illustration is of a rabbit sitting on a riverbank doing a spot of fishing, with a small logo that says "REGGIE RABBIT GOES FISHING". The illustration is hand coloured.
On the back is a small picture of a rabbit underneath which is printed:-
"Reggie Rabbit" by
H & K
TUNSTALL
ENGLAND

The word England is underlined twice.

I am guessing that this is an earlier H & K mark, possibly about 1880 to 1900, but would welcome any info on this. Also, I have never seen/heard of this character before! Does anyone else have any information about him?!!!
