Boumier Ware New Hall

Some time ago I acquired a lovely pink lustre bowl with
figures of a phoenix or dragon signed Lucien Boullemier
Boumier Ware New Hall Hanley.

I recently went looking for information on the artist,
factory and works. I have only been able to discover
a small amount of info on the artist Lucien B., but
nothing about Boumier Ware or New Hall.

Can anyone provide a reference source?
