Hi Teresa,
I have a small set of this same pattern and have only been able to come up with general information from talking with folks whose grandparents owned this pattern.It seems that it was purchased and used by these families in the 1920's and 30's.The pattern design may support this time period as well.I think it may be a bit older.I am always looking to purchase pieces and more information about the Derwent pattern, so will pass it on to you if I come across anything more specific.Pam
