The optic pearl as it is called is quite large and heavy as it is made of pewter or brass, it has a tap on top of it and a large glass eye on the front with King George 1V Old Scotch moulded into the metal around the eye. It is made by Gaskell & Chambers Ltd and I think is around 60-90 years old. Its patent no is 316459. Could anyone tell me where I can find out if it has any value or are these type of things collectable, and any other information about it would be great. Also I am trying to find out when the scotch was around as no-one seems to have heard of it.
