Wine decanter

I have a decanter which is glass and silver. On the bottom is stamped ARG 1000/1000.
It is full of a dark burgandy liquid. I assume it is a wine of some kind. It is wax sealed and has a corkscrew wired to the handle.
Stamped in the wax, in a circle, over the cork are the words "Cantine duca dao IV".
Any help I could get in identifying this item will be greatly appreciated. I have been looking for 5 years.
