I recently purchased a oil painting signed Polar in the lower left hand corner. The paper sticker on the back is titled "carver & gilders" picture makers and restores of england. This is a picture of a young girl with blonde hair looking to the left. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank You..Debbie Gibson
