Need help with RW Royal vase

I have a vase that I got 16yrs ago.I was told that it is from the 1800 but need to get more info on it.I can send Photo's if need be.

It is a RW with a Crown on top of the rw that looks like a heart and a #26 on it.It have flowers all round in and gold in the handles.
