macintyre teapot stand

Help me! I have a heavy pot stand approx 6" diameter,
marked Macintyre, Burslem England on reverse with circle of JMCo. It`s Green and blue in colour and I`ve searched ages and found no info.Please forward anything regards date of piece (circa 1900 poss)and value. Thanks
