Rare CG Conn F-Saxophone

Since I'm trying to identify my saxophone, please let me know everything you can say about that rare F sax? It's a Conn alto-shaped (but smaller) golden instrument with "PATD.DEC.8.1914/(below)III 9954/F/M213660/L" imprinted. In front of the all engraved (flowers)end-part of the tube there's a woman's portrait (oval), below there's a cirle with "Made By CG CONN LTD/ELKHART IND USA".

I would appreciate any clues concerning the woodwind.
Best Regards,
Piotr Brodowski
