Have two beautiful pieces, both marked and numbered and would LOVE to know more about them. 1) Flagon, marked James Dixon & Sons, Burbidge & Mealy, 130 Fleet Street bearing the nubers 24, 5 and 85. 2) Teapot, marked Evans & Matthews, 79 & 80 Bull Street, Birmingham, bearing the 'trumpet' stamp, then with James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield underneath with the number 2727. Can anyone shed some light on their history please?
