Seeking info on set of six small s.s. spoons in leather case from Peter Guille Ltd, 630 Fifth Avenue, New York. Each is marked "E R VIII, 1937" with head of male with crown. Back has 3 hallmarks (A,?,?) "Made in England", and "PG". Were these commerative and, if so, for whom or what? Also they're too large to be demitasse but not standard teaspoons. Thanks for any info.
